Aspiring DevOps & Cloud Learners Feedback Needed; Tell Us About Your Challenges

Following the survey of senior DevOps professionals (and after a lot of downvotes and accusations of being a corporate shill), I'm now turning my attention to those at the beginning of their cloud journey. I'm launching a comprehensive survey specifically designed for junior developers, career switchers, and aspiring cloud/DevOps professionals.

I was once there with you, and was told by senior tech folk to basically suffer, and to be honest they weren't of much help to me. The goal in gathering this data is to create a data-informed guide and report to help many of you, who might be in the same position as I once was, so you can navigate the cloud technology and DevOps space while you are learning and trying to break into the field.

Two weeks ago, we gathered insights from experienced practitioners about how they got to where they are. Now, we move on to understand the challenges faced by those trying to enter the field. Your experiences, struggles, and insights will help:

Create an actionable guide for newcomers based on real-world experiences
Identify and address common barriers to entry
Develop recommendations for making the field more accessible
